About Lisa
Lisa founded Rising Arrow Financial Planning, a fee-only independent financial planning firm, to help individuals and families determine how they can balance a prosperous life in an expensive city, while still saving, investing and growing their money.
She is a mother of two who has figured out how to live an enriching life with her family in San Francisco, one of the most expensive cities in the world. Growing up in Southern California with limited means, she learned it was possible to live richly on a not-so-large income. Lisa started investing in her teens and has helped many families over the years feel more secure about their financial future.
Lisa previously owned two successful businesses, which are still thriving today. Before having children, she spent several years in the corporate world, holding various management roles at a number of Fortune 500 companies and start-up organizations.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and an MBA from New York University. She also successfully completed all coursework required for UC Berkeley’s Certificate Program in Personal Financial Planning.
“Thank you so much for your time. I haven’t felt this hopeful in years with our finances. I am really, really happy with everything you suggested.”
